Providers depend on the channel, enabled features and deployment configuration. This overview distinguishes standard integrations from optional routes; it does not mean every provider receives every user’s information.

A model’s developer and the company hosting inference are not always the same. Switching routes or invoking a fallback can change the provider receiving the request. Working sessions and traces are also retained in our AI service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Provider roles and processing locations
A provider may act as a processor, subprocessor or independent controller depending on the activity and applicable contract. Meta’s own WhatsApp operations, for example, are also subject to its own notices. A vendor privacy notice is useful background; it does not replace the processing agreement governing our use.
Processing may occur outside Nigeria. A database region is not a guarantee of end-to-end data residency. Ask for the provider list, contracting entities, processing locations and transfer safeguards applicable to your organisation before relying on a residency or provider restriction.

This public overview does not create a contractual advance-notice period or certify a provider’s retention settings.
